Powerful CRM with Robust Features, Needs UI Enhancement

I find the lead handling and retention tools in Maximizer work very well for our sales management needs. It acts as our central system for segmenting our audience for targeted marketing campaigns and managing the entire customer journey. We also use it heavily for document management, linking specific contracts directly to client records so that our entire team has instant access to data and paperwork. I really like the search and filter capabilities, as they allow me to pull a very specific list of clients based on almost any criteria I'm searching for. The campaign management tools are a big plus too, as they make it easy to check the effectiveness of our outreach directly within the CRM. The IQ Boost AI tool is great for providing smart recommendations for the next best steps in the sales pipeline, helping me prioritize without having to manually analyze every open opportunity. I'm impressed with how the initial setup was very manageable, especially with the data import tools. I could have our primary database and basic sales pipeline configured and ready for the team in about two days. The overall onboarding process was helped by the demo and training videos, as well as the responsive customer support service.

This CRM finally gives us the full customer 360 view we needed

The overall contact management and sales tracking features are magnificent. Maximizer enables us to have the history of clients and their interactions and sales prospects in a single location. The customizable dashboards ensure the visibility of our sales pipeline and the performance of our teams. I also find the automated email campaign features to be quite helpful in nurturing leads and interacting with the current customers.

Maximizer Enhances Lead Management with AI Efficiency

I really like the Workform to CRM feature in Maximizer. It's excellent because when a client fills out a form on our website, the information is saved directly into Maximizer in real-time. It even sends me an alert if the lead matches what we're looking for, which we call a hot lead. This notification goes straight to my phone, allowing me to get the information immediately and making follow-ups in real time. Additionally, the memory gap problem is solved for me. I forget small details about clients, but using their IQ Boost AI, I can go to the chat and ask for a client summary. It provides all the information from my emails and notes, detailing the client's history and previous purchases. This makes me look very prepared when meeting with clients. The pricing is ideal for a medium company like us, with a $79/month price tag, it is affordable for what we need to enhance our sales games.
